Gary Chapman wrote a poplular book entitled “5 Love Languages.” In his book, he suggest that people need to learn what communicates love to others. He offers five primary love languages (ways) that communicate love. I would like to suggest that God has a love language as well. We often overlook God’s expressions of love because we do not know (recognize) His love language. In other words, we do not understand how God expresses his love in every aspect of our lives. May I suggest that God expresses His love in at least 5 ways:

1. God’s Declaration of Goodness
2. God’s Creation
3. God’s Activity in Salvation
4. God’s Activity in Protection
5. God’s Activity in Provision

What communicates God’s love to you?

Yesterday we spent time focusing the audiences attention to the fact that GOD LOVES THEM! We often focus on loving God to the detriment of God’s love for ALL people. I feel this is one of the most important and impactful truths that is overlooked. God’s love does at least 3 things in the believers life:

1. It SAVES you. (Jn. 3:16)

2. It STRENGTHENS you. (Ps. 86:5)

3. It SECURES you. (Eph. 1:3-8)
